The Art of Identity
Seen. Valued. Empowered.
Helping organizations and people reconnect to who they are and why they matter.

The dragonfly symbolizes transformation, adaptability, maturity, and a shift to a higher perspective of life. Because a dragonfly starts its life underwater as a nymph before growing wings and taking flight into the air, it represents profound personal growth and moving past illusions.
Dragonfly
The dragonfly begins its life in the depths.
Not in the light. Not in flight.
Underwater, in the dark, moving slowly through what is murky and unfamiliar. And then, when the time is right, it breaks the surface, spreads wings it didn't know it had, and rises into something entirely new.
That's not a metaphor. That's the journey.
There's a version of you that got very good at adapting.
Good at meeting expectations. Good at showing up. Good at being what the job, the role, and the relationships around you needed you to be.
And somewhere in all of that, you started wondering when it became so hard to remember what you actually wanted. What you actually believed. Who you actually are beneath all of it.
I know. I've been there.
I spent a lifetime trying to be accepted - to fit in. I became really good at reading a room, adapting, performing - learning how to belong. But here's something nobody tells you about those skills:
When you spend years trying to become who you think you need to be, you slowly lose touch with who you really are.
This is the underwater phase. Living in the depths. Functional. Even skilled. But not yet free.
Dragonfly is where you begin the ascent.
For me, that journey started with asking myself what I valued and what was important to me. But it didn't stop there. To really begin to live the life I wanted, I had to ask myself an even more important question:
"What do I believe about myself and the world?"
Did I believe I was enough? That I mattered? That I was worthy and deserved a life of abundance and happiness? What surprised me was the answer to most of those questions was "No."
Not because I hadn't accomplished things. I had. Not because no one had ever told me I was capable. They had. I was very successful, highly respected, your typical overachiever.
But underneath all of it, quietly running in the background, were beliefs I had never examined. Beliefs I had formed before I had the awareness to question them. Beliefs about whether the real me, not the capable, reliable, always-shows-up version, was someone worth choosing. Someone who would be accepted, even when I wasn't performing.
What I've learned is that beliefs are just decisions. Decisions we made about ourselves a long time ago and just accepted as the truth. Stories we kept telling ourselves and never questioned.
But the good news is, you can make new decisions. You can write a new story.
Dragonfly is the space where we examine that story together.
And where you begin to choose differently.
Dragonfly is a 12-week live group coaching program designed for people who are done going through the motions and ready to understand what's actually been running the show.
Not by becoming someone new, but by retracing the steps to who you really are.
You do that by getting honest about the beliefs, stories, and patterns you've been carrying — and deciding, maybe for the first time, which ones actually belong to the person you want to become.
And you don't do it alone. One of the most powerful things about this work is doing it in community, alongside others who are in the same ascent. You'll hear your own story reflected back. You'll find that the beliefs you thought were uniquely yours are ones others have carried too. Rising is easier when you're not doing it in isolation.
"I built Dragonfly because I wish someone had handed it to me when I was still underwater."
Think it. Believe it. Become it.
The Program
Over 12 weeks, we work through the three phases of transformation:
THINK IT
Get clear on where you are and where you want to go.
Before anything can change, you have to see it clearly. Like the dragonfly beneath the surface, you have to understand the environment you've been living in before you can leave it.
-
Your Life Vision — We get clear on what you actually want your life to look like, not what seems realistic, but what you genuinely want.
-
Your Life Assessment — We look honestly at where you are today, across every area of your life, and name what's working, what isn't, and where something important has gone quiet.
-
Your Values — We identify what truly matters to you and look honestly at whether the way you're living is actually aligned with it.
BELIEVE IT
Understand what's been running the show and how to shift it.
The dragonfly doesn't take flight by accident. It goes through a transformation first. So do you.
-
Core Belief Systems — We uncover the beliefs you've been carrying about yourself and what's possible for you, most of which you didn't consciously choose, and how to shift the ones holding you back.
-
Resistance and Forgiveness — We address what's still stuck, including the weight you've been carrying toward others and toward yourself.
-
The Gifts of Failure — We look differently at the moments that didn't go the way you wanted and explore what they can teach you, where they may be redirecting you, and how to move forward without making them mean something about who you are.
BECOME IT
Turn what you've discovered into the way you actually live.
The dragonfly doesn't emerge from the water and hover there. It flies. This phase is about building the life that matches who you're becoming.
-
Your Success System — We build the personal structures that actually support the life you've been designing, so what you've discovered here doesn't stay in the program.
-
Action Plans — You'll leave with clear, specific next steps built around who you are and what you're creating, not a generic blueprint, but yours.
-
Living It — The work doesn't end when the program does. We build what you need to keep moving forward when life stops feeling like a safe place to change.
You'll leave each week with a practical tool you can use immediately. Not when things calm down. Now — when old beliefs surface, when stress takes over, when life pulls you back into the familiar.
Because knowing something differently is not the same as living differently.
Dragonfly is designed to close that gap.
And the community you build inside it,
will be part of what keeps you in flight long after the 12 weeks are done.
If any part of this felt familiar, that recognition means something. Trust it.
Coming January 2027
Dragonfly inaugural group sessions begin in January 2027. Seats will be limited to keep the experience personal and the work meaningful. Reserve your seat now and you'll be among the first to receive full program details, pricing, and access to registration when enrollment opens. There's no commitment to enroll.
