We all want to know that we matter and that we make a difference, not only in our personal lives, but in the work we do.  And the fastest way to unlock productivity, loyalty, and meaningful contribution is in a specific kind of experience that allows  employees to discover what they uniquely bring to the organization.  This workshop helps to clarify individual strengths and translate them into intentional team collaboration.  Through guided questions and AI assisted reflections, participants design a superhero-inspired representation of their strengths, traits, and signature contributions. This persona becomes a creative metaphor for their leadership style and workplace impact.  That is then combined for group power teams.
