Beyond Our Walls

Focus: Community Impact and Shared Purpose

Strategic Objective

A strong organizational identity doesn't stop at the walls of the organization. Beyond Our Walls extends the work of The Art of Identity by asking participants to consider a larger question: What can we do together with who we are? Participants explore the strengths, values, talents, and resources that exist within their team and identify ways those collective assets can create meaningful impact in the community. The experience moves connection and contribution beyond the workplace, giving employees an opportunity to see one another differently, work toward something meaningful together, and experience their organizational values in action.

Organizational Impact

  • Extends organizational identity and purpose into meaningful community contribution

  • Strengthens relationships by allowing employees to collaborate outside their usual roles and responsibilities

  • Helps employees recognize the collective strengths, talents, and resources already present within the organization

  • Creates a tangible opportunity to put organizational values into action

  • Builds connection, shared purpose, and pride through contribution to something larger than the organization itself
