Focus: Individual Identity

Strategic Objective

When people are disconnected from themselves, they become disconnected from everything around them.  This workshop is designed to reconnect people to their core values. Participants build a physical mosaic of words, images, colors, and symbols that represent who they are, then receive an AI-generated reflection based on what they created - leaving with a personalized portrait of their identity, who they are beyond their job title, and the language to describe it.
